At Ikigai, we believe in letting the seasons guide our menu, allowing us to showcase the freshest ingredients and the flavors of the moment. This October, our focus is on heartier dishes that provide warmth and comfort, perfect for sharing with loved ones. With our dedication to using unsaturated and animal fats, no refined sugar, and only 1% salt in our recipes, Ikigai’s offerings are as wholesome as they are delicious.
We recommend embracing the practice of Hara hachi bu—eating until you’re 80% full—but we understand that might be hard when the food is this good.
